Spell Solutions

AI search operations

Spell SEO. Your website, reviewed every Monday by an engine that reads it the way Google does.

Spell SEO reads Google Search Console and Analytics, checks every page the way a crawler does, studies who outranks you, and proposes the changes with the reason stated. You approve with one click, from the panel or from your inbox, and the approved changes publish through your site's own pipeline. Nothing goes live without you.

  • One email a week
  • Approve from your inbox
  • Nothing published on its own
  • Read-only Google access

The problem

Most sites are seen and not chosen. And nobody is watching.

Search Console has the answers: which searches show your site, how often, and how rarely anyone clicks. Almost no business opens it. The data sits there while the agency sends a deck once a quarter and the fixes never ship.

Spell SEO closes that loop. It reads the data every week, checks the live site the way a crawler does, researches your market, and turns all of it into decisions you can approve in seconds. The approved changes publish themselves.

Real numbers

Seen 5,041 times. Chosen 15.

A 0.3% click rate: seen, not chosen.

How it works

Six things, in a loop, every week.

Each step feeds the next. The briefing is the output; your approvals are the input for the following week.

Measure

Reads Search Console and Analytics: the searches that show your site, clicks, positions, organic visits and what those visitors did. Every week is kept so the next can be compared with the last.

Check

Fetches every page the way a search engine does and runs forty rules: titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, broken links, structured data, redirects, sitemap, page speed.

Research

Spella works out how your customers search, runs those searches, reads the pages that outrank you and compares them with yours, labeling what it measured and what it inferred.

Propose

Rewrites for titles and descriptions where there is a concrete reason. Pages that should exist and don't, with an outline. Competitors named, and what they do better.

Approve

Every proposal waits for a person. One click to approve, one to reject, in a private panel or from the email. Who decided what, and when, is recorded.

Publish

Approved changes are built into your site and published through its own pipeline. Nothing edited by hand, nothing deleted, and your code stays yours.

Every Monday

A briefing that leads with the numbers.

Two versions of the same review: an executive report management can read in five minutes, and a technical review for whoever looks after the site.

Numbers first

Clicks, impressions and visits against last week, so the first line says whether things moved.

Health, in plain words

What is broken, where, and whether a title change fixes it or your developer is needed.

Reasons, not opinions

Every proposal cites the search, the numbers, or the page it was read from.

What to write next

Pages that do not exist yet, named, with an outline you can hand to a writer.

Who outranks you, and why

Competitors named, with what their pages do that yours do not.

Your visitors

Visits, top pages, devices, cities, and the actions that matter: calls, directions, emails, forms. Straight from Google Analytics.

What stays yours

Your data, your site, your decisions.

The restraints are built in and are not settings.

Read-only access you can revoke in one click; no passwords, no long-lived keys.

Nothing published without a person's approval, recorded with a name and a date.

Never claims anything your pages do not already say.

Never edits page source and never deletes a file; one small file of approved titles, published by your own build.

Stricter rule set for medical, legal and financial sites: no advice, no outcome claims, no automatic changes.

Your standing rules enforced before a proposal reaches you, and an off switch we flip the same day.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first call.

Can it change my site without asking?

No. Every change waits for a person to approve it, and the decision is recorded. There is no autonomous mode. On medical, legal and financial sites the rules are stricter still.

Does it work with WordPress, Shopify or a site Spell did not build?

The engine reads the live site, not the platform, so the review and the proposals work for most sites. One-click publishing needs a site with a modern deploy pipeline; for the rest, approved changes arrive as a precise work order for your developer.

What does it cost?

One flat price per site, per month. No setup fee, no contract beyond the month, and the first review is included so you see what the engine finds before you decide.
