Dr. Saqib Rathore completed his medical education and trained as a physician before transitioning into technology and enterprise systems. He is now a technology strategist and enterprise IT architect with over 25 years of cross industry experience spanning cloud infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and digital transformation. He founded Spell Solutions to help organizations adopt smart, scalable, and secure technology solutions with clear accountability.

At the core of his work is a deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems, from custom software development to AI enabled automation, multilingual localization, and cloud native deployments. He leads Spell Solutions in designing and implementing robust IT frameworks for clients across healthcare, education, media, and enterprise sectors, helping teams modernize operations, reduce costs, and unlock new growth.

Dr. Rathore’s background also includes 18 plus years of leadership in media distribution and digital content licensing, where he played a pioneering role in transitioning South Asia’s media landscape from piracy to structured OTT ecosystems. Through his other startup, Spell Movies, he served as the exclusive licensee for major Hollywood studios across several South Asian territories, including 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, MGM, and Warner Bros. He supported their expansion into new markets and was honored with 20th Century Fox’s Best Marketing Initiative Award for the Asia Pacific region.

This experience strengthens Spell Solutions’ media and platform capabilities, especially in streaming, personalization, and secure distribution. Dr. Rathore currently leads the development of SpellMovies.com, a multicultural OTT platform designed for multilingual delivery, AI based personalization, and cloud scale distribution. He is also spearheading an AI enabled Learning Management System for secure, automated content delivery in education and corporate training.

In parallel, he is building Mosiky, an AI assisted music platform focused on original catalog creation, artist persona development, and scalable distribution. Mosiky brings together AI guided music generation workflows, automated packaging and release operations, and a modern streaming experience designed to support both discovery and long term monetization. The product direction blends creative automation with the same engineering discipline used in enterprise systems, ensuring the platform is reliable, secure, and ready for global audiences.
