A trained medical doctor turned tech innovator, Saqib is the founder of Spell Solutions, an IT consultancy and development firm focused on helping businesses adopt smart, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
At the core of Saqib’s expertise is a deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems – from custom software development to AI-driven automation, NLP, multilingual localization, and cloud-native deployments. He leads Spell Solutions in designing and implementing robust IT frameworks for clients across healthcare, education, media, and enterprise sectors, helping them modernize operations, reduce costs, and unlock new growth.
Saqib’s background also includes 18+ years of leadership in media distribution and digital content licensing, where he played a pioneering role in transitioning South Asia’s media landscape from piracy to structured OTT ecosystems. As an exclusive licensee of 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, MGM, and Warner Bros, he helped global studios expand into new markets and was honored with the Best Marketing Initiative Award by 20th Century Fox for Asia-Pacific.
His media experience seamlessly integrates into Spell Solutions’ offerings, particularly in the development of AI-powered platforms for content streaming, personalization, and global distribution. Currently, he leads the development of SpellMovies.com, a multicultural OTT platform with multilingual support, AI-based personalization, and cloud-delivered scalability. He’s also spearheading an AI-driven Learning Management System (LMS) for secure, automated content delivery in education and corporate training.
